Kay was great he got me into a nice 2021 Equinox I went to numerous dealerships and they wanted me to get into something I didn’t like but Kay got the job done.

Dealer has been responsive, and has offered to help cover the costs of maintenance on a car purchased just a couple weeks ago. Vehicle was in good condition until taken off the lot, just a few miles up the road engine lights and master warnings came on when read, the vehicle has a turbo over boost issue, the clutch will randomly disengage and is according to the mechanic looser than any other manual vehicle he has driven, the car needs a flywheel and clutch assembly as well as new fuses which blew on the drive home and new reverse lights. I'm still waiting on the full diagnostic but overall the dealer has been responding well to the issues which have arisen.

I contacted them when I seen the Ford Flex, they immediately said a sales persons would be in communication with me, which they were right away, however the vehicle was still showing on the website but it was sold the day before... I appreciated them getting back to me so quickly, if I will keep them in mind in the future because of their quick response-

I can't say enough about how awesome the experience was at O'Brien Ford. I flew from Charlotte North Carolina to Detroit to pick up the vehicle and they had it ready. They truly bent over backwards to make sure I got the vehicle and was happy with the purchase. Super kudos to Andrew, Joe and the manager. They made it well worth the flight and the time. I would fly twice as far for the courtesy, service and professionalism I experienced at O'brien. They turned a six week car hunt into a trophy vehicle for me. I feel like I won the lottery.
