I have been able to have all my questions answered in my search for a quality used vehicle at this dealership. Keith

The person I was talking to never followed up on getting me the info I requested about the car, they never gave me an idea of how much my trade in was worth, or attempted to sell me the car. I felt ignored and even though I wanted to buy the car, I passed up on it because I don't trust a dealership who can't even be bothered to sell me a car. I can only imagine how unhelpful they'd be with any issues that came up.

I was in the market for a Police Interceptor. I came across quite a few places in the Chicagoland area. I contacted this dealer because their price was significantly lower than other dealers. Prompt response to my inquiry answered all my questions and were very transparent. I ended up buying an interceptor on their lot which wasn’t even listed on the website as they had just gotten it ready. Super happy with the car! Got it inspected by my mechanic after the sale. It was in tip top shape. These guys definitely know what they’re doing.

Found blemishes on the vehicle and they weren’t willing to come down on price, and through financing, ended up paying more for the car than they advertised. Read your contract thoroughly.
