Do not buy from Harbor Garden Grove Kia. They tried to rip me off with extremely high pricing. They quoted me $49,000 for a new EX, and they were not willing to negotiate or make any deals at all. It seems like this dealership prefers to hold onto their cars instead of offering fair prices, which may be why they have so much inventory sitting on the lot. I decided to go to Kia of Van Nuys instead, and I was able to purchase the same vehicle for almost $5,000 less. That shows how overpriced Harbor Garden Grove Kia really is. I strongly recommend that people shop around before buying from this dealership. In my experience, the pricing was unreasonable and the customer service was not helpful. Be careful and compare prices with other Kia dealerships before making a decision.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I drove over 4 hours only to be told upon arrival that the vehicle had already been sold. They offered me a good price on other vehicles. In reality, they were just trying to manipulate the price of a vehicle I was interested in, ultimately trying to sell it for a much higher price than the one they had initially offered. The salesperson was very friendly, but their supervisor or manager treated me as if I didn't understand numbers. It would have been better to simply say that the vehicle was no longer for sale, but even two hours before I arrived, they assured me that they still had it. These practices are very common to attract customers. MUY MALA EXPERIECIA. MANEJE MAS DE 4 HORAS SOLO PARA DECIRME AL LLEGAR QUE EL VEHICULO LO HABIAN VENDIDO. They both very polite and kind. I bought two cars one day. One had a little bit of an issue and they were good in handling the issue and that says a lot. I would deal with them both again

I had many communiques with this dealer. He had 3 different cars SUPPOSEDLY. I made appointments with him and he wouldn't show up

I set an appointment for 10am through there website and was sent 3 different confirmations confirming my appointment. I live an hour and a half away so it was very inconvenient to find out the dealership didn’t open until 11am. Romeo was helping me today and before I was even fully out of my car his only concern was the fact that I am 19 after I already told him my dad was co-signing and today was just for a test drive. He did not tell me anything about the car while I was trying to look at it, he was just breathing down my neck about the finances. He in no way shape or form tried to sell me this car he honestly didn’t seem to know much about the car. His only statement about the car was ‘it’s a 100k car’ and proceeded to add ‘people don’t like this car because it’s long’ I told him his salesmanship sucks. He was very rude and that was the only reason I didn’t even want to proceed with a test drive.
