GMC dealerships near me (Tallahassee, FL)

They ran my credit score and cost me points. The vehicle was already sold when they ran my credit for that vehicle. So not happy with them. Then they was trying to sell me another truck that was more expensive . August 22 I contacted the dealership inquiring about a Toyota Tacoma. The salesman said fill out a credit application. I did that. This was around noon time. Come to find out the truck I was inquiring about had been sold that morning. I was told by another salesman. If I knew that in the first place I would have never filled out the credit application

The salesman, manager and myself reached a trade agreement on the vehicle. The next day when I asked for the paperwork to sign they informed me that they had sold the vehicle out from under me. Shady way of doing business to say the least. When asked how they would make it right they didn’t offer anything. I would not recommend.

I feel like they could've taken a little bit better care of me on my purchase. before I left the lot a light came on my dash, I backed up and told them. We shut the vehicle off, the light went off but then came back on a few miles down the road. it never did it on the test drive or I wouldn't have bought it. I paid the asking price on the vehicle, they did however put a new tire on and when that tire came in they tested the battery, it was fine but they replaced it anyway. I do appreciate these things but when trying to figure out why my auto stop/start system is a fail, I felt they kinda just sent me on my way and finally gave me the name of a mechanic who takes the extended warranty I purchased but all this means is I'll be without a vehicle while it's in the shop. i was told the vehicle was taken to Jacksonville and the driver said it was good but I really doubt that. there's no way that light didn't come on for that person so they should've had this taken care of before selling it
