They did not honor the deal. They wanted me to use their bank and tried to upsale me with add-ons that I did not want so I walked.

My wife had such a great experience with this dealership that I’ve decided to buy another vehicle from them myself. Kevin is awesome!

Pretty straight forward dealing with Tanner. It helps when you do your homework on the vehicle you’re shooting for and when you’re pre-approved for financing with your own bank. Great service, couldn’t be happier with them.

Despite the pre-qual, the dealer did not approve me. Additionally, they offered to try to get me into other trucks, but then could not work out a deal. A few days later I got a random message telling me the general manager was working on a deal for this truck, and then never followed up afterwards.

Dealer was nice and I didn't feel super pressured like other dealerships I've been to in the past.

Bought car 6 days ago. After 3 days, it is inoperable and I have tried contacting sale rep, and they have ignored me. Got in contact with Service department, and I will be taking this car to the Caddy dealer by my house. I purchased the extended warranty with $500 deductible, thankfully. I have had the car 6 days, and it has been inoperable for over 50% of the time I have owned the vehicle. Caveat Emptor!!!
