Nice Helpful

I contacted them about their 2019 Lexus GS listed on Cargurus. They said that they would do my out- of-state title work, to which they were adding other fees. Most other dealerships I've contacted will let the customer register the car in their state. One fee was the Doc fee of $358.03, which they would not budge on. Per state law, this is NOT a mandatory fee. the second thing was the shipping listed on their website, which showed $899 to CA. They said the price is not for residential like most buyers are corporations and not regular individuals. I asked for a $725 discount for a total out-the-door price, but Christian (the manager) couldn't work the paperwork backward and kept saying we don't discount shipping or remove the doc fee. I finally had to explain they could keep all the fees and reduce the price of the car by a few hundred to make the numbers work, but it was not acceptable. Losing a 32k deal for $725, which would easily been absorbed by their high DOC and other fees.

My experience went very well with Castle Buick, the customer service was great, they explained and provided me with some information that was helpful
