After ongoing communication with Rick HendrickBuick, I arrived to test drive the vehicle. After waiting for Devon to bring the vehicle to the front (even though it should have been waiting for my arrival) no vehicle. Devon stated it had been sold. I drove 30 miles for naught. Poor customer service experience.

The ad is not for a car that they have. It is just to garner interest so that they can try to sell you something else. You will not post or do anything about it, so why even bother me?

My experience was great! The entire team was very friendly and I was highly impressed with the excellent customer service! One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had! Luke Harper was really awesome with returning phone calls and answering my many questions !!!!! I drove almost 2 hours… well worth it, LOVING MY CT5!!!!

I made an appointment to see this car 24 hours in advance. When I got to my appointment the car was still in a parking deck that houses inventory and could not be removed from the deck. After waiting 30-40 minutes we left without seeing the vehicle.

Horrible internet sales. Will not provide OTDP unless you provide a phone number. They just want to blow up your phone. A truck has been on their lot over a yr. Guess they are not in the business to sell vehicles.
