They’ve had the vehicle listed for 158 days. I call a friend to go over there and check out the vehicle. It had a dent in the rear fender that was not there on their photos. I emailed them made them an offer with the dent fixed . I finally heard back from him after I had to call to ask if they got the email. He stated he was running around putting out fires and had not gotten a chance. The salesman stated, oh your a cash buyer from out of state it’s our policy to charge a $1000 premium. I told him well you’ll never see me at all so I bought a brand new vehicle in my local dealer, even though he did not have what I wanted. The win is what I bought I love so maybe their policy did me a favor.

The vehicle was not available to look at, they claimed it was new to them, but I knew it was recently sold. Then, they backtracked stating it was sold, then returned and they needed to inspect it again. More than a week passed by with no availability on the vehicle. Next, I see the price has increased on CarGurus, I reach out and the dealership claims it was sold but I didn't receive a sold notification from CarGurus this time, like I did the other time when it was returned. Something shady about that vehicle.

They were a very kind and professional dealership. I hope to do more business with them in the farther future!

They responded fast and got me an appointment to test drive as soon as possible. I ended up loving the car and waved away with it that day. They made the paperwork go by as fast as possible and had a nice little system to make sure get got out in a timely manner. Claudia my sales rep was also very kind and patient with my children and I. High recommended her to go though she was such a sweet heart
