Ford dealerships near me (South Gate, CA)

Located in the worst part of downtown. Homeless encampments & trash!! The dealership was dirty & in need of a remodel. The vehicle smelled & was beat up!!

Everyone I encountered was incredibly helpful from start to finish. I emailed about this vehicle and started the purchase soon after. They held the vehicle until I was able to come to the dealership. The finance department went above and beyond in getting me approved with rates and a payment I can afford. Literally the only thing I had to show up, test drive the car, and sign papers. The entire in-person process took about one hour. The car looked even better in person than it did online. When I was having a hard time finding a ride to the dealership, they sent a representative to meet me halfway and bring me there. I can't say enough good things about this dealership, their dedication to their customes, their competitive pricing, wnd incredible customer service. I felt valued, appreciated, and respected as a customer. I would come back to this dealership again in a heartbeat. They were a pleasure to work with.

Would never buy a car here. Offered an outrageous high apr, while I have a high credit score. When I questioned charges on the offer I was brushed off and was told I must pay the up charges. All this amounted to a significant large finale OTD price that was down right insulting. Hoping I wouldn’t have the foresight to run the numbers myself. After I walked out the next day I was bombarded with phone calls, emails and texts after I told them I would not be doing business with them. I went ahead and bought a truck somewhere else.

Dealership said they weren't selling this car anymore because frame damage then relisted it cheaper

While I was applying for a loan for the truck, they sold it out from underneath me.
