I had an excellent sales person and lead finance manager. They made sure the vehicle was ready and clean. The vehicle was just like they advertised on the website. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Saleman Luis was very horrible I had to call him almost like I had to beg him to just talk to me tell me what else he needs from me to get the process going after several calls and text I made to him he finally calls me and say your approved we go you financed ok cool I asked what all do I need to bring and I’m about to catch a flight and I’ll be there in the morning he goes to say I’ll call you back so the next day haven’t heard anything so I call no answer texted a few hours later I get a text your check stub fake I told him he can google the company I work for or call to verify because of a computer error I was approved for a truck that was $19,700 when I went back to look at it they was asking $25,000 now the vehicle is no longer available I will never give them my business or time ever again I have never had a salesman to act like he didn’t want to sell

I messaged about the truck and was told it was available. I looked at a couple others closer, then I tried to message bàck your dealer because I wanted to see if the Tundra was still available before I came out that far. I could not get any response so I assumed it was sold.

Attempted 3 times to see the vehicle. It’s a demo and even with an appointment they couldn’t produce the vehcile

We were in the middle of working a deal over the phone. Auto Nation Ford had actually already run my credit for approval, we were leaving my house to get to a 5:00 pm appointment with them and my wife got a notification that they sold the car to someone else. The salesman should have verified that the car was still available before having my credit run through finance.
