Excellent experience.

After agreeing to and confirming an out the door price, I arrived for a test drive. Before I agreed to come in, I let them know via text that I would not need financing and to let me know if that was a problem.The salesman assured me that he was honest and it would be straightforward. I was ready to purchase the vehicle and pay in full. The Sales Manager came over and tried to convince me to finance the car instead, which was unnecessary, I had the cash to pay in full. They both came back and told me the price of the vehicle increased despite the agreed upon cost. I walked out. I looked online and the price never changed. They profiled me as soon as I walked in. They decided they would try to make money off of another customer by having them finance with interest instead of receiving a $25,000 check in hand. Terrible business.

Staff was great! Approved instantly , great hospitality meanwhile paper work was in process, took my dream car home later that day! Great sales men TEDDY! From Tracy ford! Helped me get my first car EVER!

I highly recommend this dealership. Their attitude towards me was amazing. My truck was amazingly clean when I saw my mouth just opened. Wow what a beauty. I took it home immediately.

The staff at Frontier Ford are awesome! I sent out communication and set up and appointment. Some thing came up where I couldn’t make my appt but was able to remain in communication with Cristian for the car I was interested in. I appreciate the real time updates and thorough communication. because the specific car I was interested in was a really good deal I didnt want to miss out! cristian was able to work things out for me and I was able to buy the car! the team at frontier ford in santa clara are very nice and friendly!
