I dealt with Dan the salesman. And Charlie the finance guy. Everything went well. The process was more or less seamless. There was not any haggling or surprise fees at the end. It was exactly what we agreed to over the phone. Overall, this was a good experience.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Prestige Ford Dealership. I was invited to come in and see a truck they had listed on Cars Guru, which initially caught my interest because of its price. However, when I arrived, the sales rep informed me that the truck had a check engine light on and they were planning to send it off to auction. This was incredibly disappointing and felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Not only was I misled into visiting for a vehicle that wasn’t in the condition it was implied to be, but the listing itself lacked photos, which I believe was a way to draw potential buyers in without being upfront. Overall, it was a waste of time and left me questioning the dealership’s honesty and professionalism. Hate to say this but if they keep this business model going, they won't be in business much longer.

Read a lot of bad reviews..... Not here! Made an inquiry Friday 7/12, was told it was sold. Received text 7/13 telling me the deal fell through. After a couple of hours of texting Patrick delivered my daughter's new vehicle that day. It is now Tuesday 7/16, and I have been contacted from 2 others besides Patrick asking how everything went, and even congratulating my daughter. No complaints here from this dealership at all. Thank you all for making this experience pretty stressless.
