The agent at the dealership contacted me and was kind. I didn’t go to the dealership because I didn’t have time however the agent was courteous and professional.

In good faith, I drove a 90-mile round trip to buy the car. I declined to purchase any option packages, but they would not sell the car without adding one. They included a $4,500 option package, along with taxes, title, license, and administration fees. The listed price of the vehicle was $14,994, but after adding all these charges, the total came to almost $22,000. I had to walk away from the deal. This felt like cheating and dishonesty.
