I went in because I was ready to purchase the car but they added $4,350 in fees that they claim were for maintenance/anti theft. Go with that in mind when you visit this dealership . They also refused to work with my finance with my credit union . Disappointed because I was ready to purchase the car with the price advertised .

Grand Prairie Ford stalked me repeatedly after I told them numerous times I would not come to their dealership. I could not afford the car I inquired about. They would not leave me alone. I'm 74, and their tactics worried me.

Excellent experience. Prompt communication and their sales people were genuinely interested in helping find the exact car I was looking for. Highly recommend this dealership! The sales associate even emailed me a video of the car I was interested in within 15 minutes. I was so impressed, I bought the car I emailed them about and will certainly do business with them in the future.
