Very responsive and very thorough on questions. I was not able to purchase the car but after speaking with several staff members I would not hesitate in the future dealing with Basil.

Terrible experience!!!!! They told me not interested in selling a truck to someone who was not in the area . I thought I lived in America. It is America but some do have control over our purchasing power. I feel it is discrimination for a person who wants to spend hard earned money. I guess they don’t care about the working class!!! I hope all who read this will consider a different dealership.

I was in the negotiations with this truck with Vicky, and when you’re negotiating a contract with somebody, another salesman should not sell it out from under you evidently backstabbing goes on constantly at that dealership

They were in constant contact. Ultimately, I decided against that vehicle.

Sold the car while I was working with my salesmen , no wonder car salesmen and some dealerships and salesmen are given a bad name, sad

I’d highly recommend this dealership. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sales manager is always ready to make you a deal.
