Ford dealerships near me (Bardstown, KY)

I asked for more pictures before driving 2 hours, they said he would send them in the morning, no pics were ever sent the next morning. Waited 3 days and asked where the pics were and recieved no response from that email. Definitely won’t ever deal there.

Contacted the dealer in Russell Springs about this vehicle on 10/7 in early afternoon, the sales manager said he will have the vehicle on his lot today and let me know when it arrives to be able to look at it, he didn't say i might be able to have it here, he said, i will, his name is Jordan Godsey, very pleasant man to speak with, can't say enough about him, he is a great asset to the business...

Good Communication but false information because the Ford on post not exist

Patrick Gregory was very through and efficient. He made this transition very quick and easy. Mr. Gregory took the time to listen to what I wanted and what I could afford and that was a big deal for me.
