Dealerships near me (Fontana, CA)

My salesperson was very friendly. I dislike the restriction of a simple loop on the test drive. I wanted to take the car up to speed on the freeway, but couldn’t do that on the simple surface streets around the block. I dislike the use of AI. It’s very off putting and ineffective. I have yet to receive a single email response from an internet manager or sales manager to discuss sales over email or text. That is very frustrating and encourages me to shop elsewhere. There are other cars on the lot I am interested in. But o will not be driving the distance to get there without prior communication first.

I contacted Don’s Auto regarding a van that I was interested in and their response was quick, friendly and no pressure. A few days later I went to Dons Auto and bought the vehicle!

The best used car dealer I have been to in a long time - no attitude and great to deal with —still a car dealer and not my cup of tea but then they do sell used cars ! -REFRESHING !

Very good service

Tried to charge 1500 in license and dealer fees on a 3000 dollar truck. The usual is 10% not 50%. The salesman was efficient not very friendly but not rude. I just think ownership has some underhanded predatory practices and policies.

The description of the car's condition was misleading. There was damage all over the car. On top of that all the tires did not match! I walked away. Bad vibes given! Beware!
