Wasn’t able to go to the actual dealership but the staff kept me updated about the car and were super friendly

Made an appointment to purchase the vehicle and they sold it to someone else on the same day. I would’ve been totally ok with this if they contacted me. I may have even purchased a different vehicle but I found out by going to the website to show a family member, and I see “SOLD” across the ad. I wait to see if they’ll call to notify me; Nothing. They finally “text” me four days later (the day before my appointment). “Sorry, the vehicle has been sold. You can see more cars at ….” Thanks for nothing.

Ending up making a $40k purchase, but didn't get the service expected. I only buy pre-owned and any time I've had a repair order it has been dealt with to my satisfaction. Carmax sets the repair date outside of the 10 return window and barely addresses the issue. Took the car back in and "fixed" it in less that 4 hours. Why set the appointment after the 10 day window? Scammed and disappointed once the purchase was made. Barely there aftercare. I won't go back.
