Communication lacking, not full transparency on car condition. Car had a few dents and water in the head lights found after left the lot. Difficult to talk to someone to know when car was ready for pick up. Warranty added with full communication

Yes, the dealership was very unprofessional. Had to complain to them all the time to get the registered car registered and it took them nearly a week before I got the car after we signed everything and all that.

I was considering trading in my 2021 BMW X3. My car is in great shape and only serviced at this dealership. They low balled the value of my car and wouldn’t budge. I actually said you cant be serious? No sale and will not buy from this dealer again.
