Got a great deal!

This review is about after the purchase, they offered to deliver the truck to my house for having to be in the area on other business that Monday. I get home from work, truck is there, they gave the keys to the wife, I go out and the key fobs don't unlock the doors, one fob is for an suv with 6 buttons, and no battery, the other is 2 button factory with dead battery, replace battery and nothing, have to open with keyed lock. Call the dealership, ask for the salesman, explain situation, oh, "He's with a customer now", I gave him the message, and he'll call you back, okay, this was 5 days in a row I called and got the same reply, last day I called and got a, "our parts department is looking onto it, and will get back to you", 15 days later and still no reply, yes it's a used vehicle, and I wasn't expecting it to be perfect, but the key fobs, at least 1 should work. now I have to purchase them for 300.00 a piece with programming. Not happy about this.

I live in Salisbury Md and found the jeep gladiator that I'd been searching for at Zimmerma's in PA. It had the Snazzberry Pearl Coat color I love, tow package, and low mileage. Tyler and Kyanna got me the price I wanted. And James made the paperwork so easy to get done before we arrived after a 5 hour trip to sign a final document and take her home with us. We had the jeep Maryland inspected and the only things they failed were the front window tint was too dark, headlights/fog lights were LED bulbs instead of factory halogen bulbs, side mirrors had smaller circle mirrors attached, and it needed mud flaps because of height. (Nitpicking stupid stuff) If you know anything about Maryland, then you know, it's ridiculously challenging to get a vehicle through inspection. Made the few fixes and it passed with flying snazzberry colors. Lol. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Zimmerman's. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and made buying our first jeep a great experience.

It got off to a rocky start, and one of the more frustrating parts was the pricing. They had mentioned there might be some flexibility, but when it came down to it, they barely moved on the price at all, which felt misleading and disappointing. That said, the truck itself was very nice and in great condition, just as advertised. Despite the issues with pricing, the staff were friendly and courteous throughout the process, which helped make the experience worth it overall. We would recommend them going in knowing the price is the price.
