I had an excellent buying experience at GUNN in Seguin. I called to inquire about the car I found on Car Gurus. The car was available, priced great, and was accurately described in the listing. I received a fair price for my trade and was overall very happy with the experience.

Terrible experience. Contacted at closing time was told a truck was available. Got off night shift drove almost 3 hrs one way there and hour after they opened and get told they sold the truck at 11pm the night before. When I messaged at 830 (opening time) they just sent me the address and place to go I’m guessing hoping to sell me a 3x more expensive truck. Will never again consider doing business here.
