Great experience again, 3rd vehicle bought from them

My experience was very good, great people . Car was exactly what I expected.

Couldn’t get a deal done. Difference was $1500. Was ready to buy on that day, if we reached a deal. Was told to shop, and they will follow up to see where I stand. Ended up finding one with 15k, miles for a good price.

Anthony was very personable and communicated very well. I purchased a vehicle before a blizzard and he kept me well informed with the delivery process. Thank you for a seamless process of buying my new car for my new chapter !

I cannot recommend this dealership. I made an appointment to see a specific vehicle, a Ford Explorer. I let them know I was traveling over an hour to see it. I confirmed the appointment multiple times, including an hour before arrival, and while enroute, a few minutes before arrival. They confirmed my visit via text. When I arrived, neither of the people I was told to ask for were there. A different person first asked for my license, took photos of it with his phone, and did not give it back. He went to get the vehicle, from Ford dealership next door. After 10 minutes he came back to say the vehicle was sold and tried to sell me on a Jeep or other vehicles that were not what I was looking for. I tried to leave & asked for my license back, he would not give it back, said he needed to make a copy (again). I had to demand it back multiple times. Then he said I needed to wait until he talked to manager who sat hidden, and told me to "stand back". Heard him say I was "very picky".

Contacted very quickly and went to my appointment, test drove the vehicle, did the paperwork, meet with financial officer and was out within an hour ! Thank you Ben and Lulu !
