Dealership very efficient in all their dealings with me.....especially since I am in another state!! Made the entire process easy. Will possibly use them again when I am in need of another car.

The friendliest dealership we've ever been in!! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and offered refreshments (coffee,tea, water). Everyone introduced themselves , congratulated us on our purchase ,etc. Our salesman , Langston was EXCELLENT!! He kept in contact with us via text & phone throughout the whole process. He was very quick to answer any questions we had and/or our financial advisor had. She also remarked how quickly he answered a question she had. We drove 9 hours ,one way , to purchase this truck. We would definitely recommend Langston and Milledgeville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for your new or used vehicle needs.

Would not buy a vehicle here. I put 5K down with plans to pick up the vehicle at a later date and pay the remainder. They were very nice in person, but the paperwork that got emailed to me was incorrect with approx a 2K price discrepency not accounting for the clearly verbalized included 6 mo power train warranty. I called to correct this and had two diff people tell me they would take care of it and email me. It never happened. After 2 more calls, I was frustrated and called within their stated 5-day return if you're not happy policy and was told I would get refunded but they needed to check with a higher manager and would call me back. This was a week ago, I have not received a call back. I also emailed 2 different addresses and have not heard from them. Again, I would not recommend them.

Awesome place. Found this beautiful Redeye online, talked to Maddox about the car for 5 minutes, applied my trade in and sent me paperwork to fill out for financing. Within 30 minutes my "buying process" was finished. Drove to the dealership next day and spent all of 5 minutes in the office to pick up my copies and all and drove out of there. Beautiful car, great deal, great salesman and finance team. Couldn't ask for anything more literally!

Drove 3 hours to buy car based on mileage and price. Car smelled terrible and was very dirty inside. Only had one see of keys. Asked manager to inquire with previous owner about extra key. Never got a reply. Check engine came on very next day. Obviously they did not run a diagnostic before listing for sale. Very disappointing.

My salesman called Jalen was very nice and respectful. called to schedule a visit to see a particular vehicle and had the misfortune of having to talk with Jalens manager who was so rude and disrespectful, that I hung up and will NEVER ! Purchase a vehicle from this dealership.
