The internet sales person, Aniyah, was very dishonest with me prior to me going to the dealership. Everything she put in writing was not true. I completely wasted a few hours of my time, and left without a car. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

This dealer isn’t transparent with their dealer fees. I drove the car and it has a shake and hum on it coming from the transmission. I pointed it out to the dealer and even then they still wouldn’t negotiate the price, they insisted in adding $5500 in dealer fees on top of the price online. With my perfect credit score and multiple options to buy i walked away from this Jeep Grand cherokee L 2021. The dealer wasn’t willing to negotiate a better rate despite them noticing the shake in the car as well.

Lazy staff, never got back to me on trade in value. Wants you to drive and sit in traffic for a simple trade in number that can easily be done online

The price advertised is not what you get. The add quite a bit w good mark up. Seems to be the business practice of this dealership. As there are multiple comments about the same issue.
