In the end it all comes down to price and my salesman was very greedy. I was open and honest on what I was comfortable spending and wound up spending 11k more than planned. Shame on me for accepting the final cost but even after paying more than the sticker price after tax tags and interest they lost the expensive key to my new truck. That was the last straw for sea view.

This dealer told us the car was available in the morning and we scheduled a test drive for the afternoon. We have 3 kids and we drove separately in two cars since we might have traded in one of them. We drove all the way there (an hour drive) and right as we pulled into their parking lot they told us the car had sold. I understand that these things happen, but this left a very bad taste in our mouth. They could have called us earlier but they wanted to make sure we were still coming in case the other buyer fell through.

Great experience! GM John Crooks couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the process, which was only about 36 hours start to finish! His team delivered the auto to Long Island , and drove my trade in back to dealership. Five star all around! Will definitely be shopping at route 130 again!

Steve was a great salesman We did the negotiating over the phone since I was not local.

Was told to come in and check the vehicle out, the salesman was “getting it ready for me to test drive” drove 35 minutes and the car is up on blocks. No tires on it. He tells me to come back tomorrow, but give him a down payment as a “good faith” payment, and they hold that car for me til I get back there to test drive it the next day. The next day, they sold the car before I got there. How, you ask? Good question. Terrible customer service!

Vehicle was not available.. looked at another vehicle online price was 4,000 dollars higher. I was told it was due to fees and upgrades on the vehicle. I was told I could not speak with a finance manager because there was no deal in place

Mike was great But the price online was $19,875 out the door they asked for $27,000 Failed to disclose that the car was used at the dealer for over 2 years as a loaner. I'm happy we did not agree on the price
