The car was out front and ready for a test ride. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Negotiations went well with no pressure Bought the car. Satisfied with the total experience.

Disappointed. Brought out vehicles that clearly did not match what we were looking for. After we did make purchase, there has been no follow up and clean up of the vehicle is completely inadequate, from windows needing cleaned to tire pressures not being within tolerance of each other. Will not buy another vehicle from here

This vehicle is sold FYI, I had an appointment to go for a test drive. Received messages about my appointment all the way up to the time I was supposed to be there. Found out my salesman wasn't on ground and the vehicle was sold. Hey, I missed out no worries there. I snoozed and I lost...however, let me know that the vehicle isn't available. Let me make the decision to see what else you have instead of having me load up the family and drive to you just to wait around and find out it's not there. I wish I read the reviews on the lot before making my way there. Some people don't understand what all goes into making it up to their lot versus a message.

Everything was great from beginning to end. Jose was my sales rep and he was amazing. Made the deal over the phone and picked the car up within a few hours. Jose was even willing to stay after hours until I could get there. Everyone there was friendly and professional and made it a great experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Jose to anyone!
