Tried to raise price by $1600 for brake check and cabin filter check on a vehicle with 5800 miles . Car Gurus stated price for home delivery and dealer saiid would about double that .After 2 days they notified me of approval at 13.99 percent interest . A total waste of my time !CC

Slow to communicate also they advertise “questionable” rebates. Didn’t show any interest in wanting to sell their product. Sales and Sales management were not knowledgeable in any aspect.

I paid cash for the car a day after I bought the radiator hose came off like someone intentionally loosened it ...took it to my mechanic..not only did It need a new thermostat it also need all 4 control arms and tie rods...and a new rack and pinion....the car was over priced....for the all the work I've to do to it since I bought it.....so NO the purchase from thst place was not good for me

I contacted Shottenkirk CDJR Granbury on 3/24/2026 about a 2018 GMC Canyon SLT. The truck was available, and the salesperson, Tristan, did send an out‑the‑door price — but the number included a “VIP Total Care” fee and a separate sales commission fee added on top of the listed price. These unnecessary add‑ons inflated the total and made the pricing unreliable. When I asked about the fees, I didn’t get a clear explanation. Instead, the conversation shifted toward pushing me to come into the dealership. After reviewing the numbers, I told him I was moving on and would not be pursuing the truck. Even after that, he continued calling and texting multiple times trying to pull me back in. The pressure didn’t stop, and it made the experience feel even less professional. A dealership should respect a buyer’s time and decision. Between the added fees, the lack of transparency, and the continued contact after I declined, I chose not to move forward with them.

Arthur was my sales person. He made everything easy. Was really friendly. He had the car waiting on me when i got there. The whole process took about 2hrs. (I did not have a trade in). He is still very easy to reach even after the sale. Great place to do business.

Was nervous about purchasing a car online, but the employees made everything very easy. The employees provided pictures and videos of the vehicle before purchasing, they also assisted with completing the purchase process. Once completed, they were graciously able to pick me up from the airport to finish the last piece. Time spent in dealership was less than an hour, and was on the road home with my new vehicle

Excellent experience. I went there just to look and ended up buying the jeep, The entire staff was great. I would suggest anyone looking to buy a new or used car go to this dealership. You will not be disappointed.
