Received multiple responses to my request, unfortunately those responses did not include replies to my questions but rather were single line response to a single question or template response. All responses were intended to get an interested customer to visit the dealership, I was a very interested customer but not local so needed to communicate remotely and that wasn’t possible with received communication.

Heather was absolutely wonderful to work with! My husband and I needed a vehicle on short notice and saw an out of state listing for a car at Next Owner automotive. We had never purchased out of state from a dealership before but Heather was so patient and walked us through everything ! By some miracle Heather managed to get the car to us within around 4 days of our inquiry despite that it was 10 hours away from where we live. She was super communicative, honest, and helpful!
