Dealerships near me (Culver City, CA)

The salesman informed me that car guru does not give accurate prices. He said that you have to go to the dealer to get the actual prices and that to get the prices shown on the Internet you have to finance through them and also have a trade-in. when I told him I was preapproved through my bank he said that’s fine that to get the price I have to get approved by their bank and they’ll help me out. when I told him I did not want to hit my credit again. He started talking to me like if I was dumb he ““ said that before negotiating anything, he has to call the boss and if the deal is not worth it, he won’t even bother calling him, take in mind ,no negotiations had taken or took place.

After twenty+ email exchanges and a dozen text messages, I finally gave up on seeing the car that was listed two weeks ago with no photos. The final salesman, Dabbin, did his best, but the other two or three didn't answer questions, apparently didn't read my emails, and just gave me canned sales phrases to get me to come in. The client should not have to work so hard and put in so much wasted time in order to hopefully buy a car. I'm moving on.

Govanni Martinez was rude and never answered my questions. Lied about following up. The only thing he cared about is rushing you into the dealership. Left with a bad taste and ended up getting a better deal at another dealership. Not recommended.

I was excited to look at the 2018 Volvo XC60 that was competitively priced. When I got there there was an enormous crack across the entire sunroof that wasn't pictured in the photos online. The check engine light came on during the 15 min. test drive and the car went into limp mode. When we got back from the test drive the owner of the dealership came out and spoke exclusively to my male friend, even though I was the one buying (female). They made it sound like the check engine was no big deal, but I think if the car was properly maintained and ready for sale the no big deal thing would've been checked ahead of time. I would not trust these guys to buy from.
