Dealerships near me (Cobalt, CT)

Wow these cars are in ROUGH shape and there is black underspray on all the older vehicles to cover up rust and rot. The subaru baja i went to look at was not even worth the price they were asking. I doubt the vehicle will stay together a year. There was spray foam and paper stuffed together and used to fill rotted voids then sprayed black to try to hide the truth about the vehicle falling apart. There was also a dead flat tire to top it all off and I had an appointment so you would think they would fill it for a test drive. Watch out for their vehicles... bring someone knowledgeable so you don't get blindsided.

Made an appt to see car. Drove from an hour away & car was not even there. Said it was at another garage. Very unprofessional & insulting.

Everyone was friendly and assisted in the process. The only downfall was a leak that was supposed to be fixed and wasn’t. Arrangements were made and they took care of it.

Justin was a great help. I literally told him the car I was interested in told him I don't want no BS surprise fees and honestly between getting there seeing the car and test driving it I was in and out of there with the car in less then an hour.

Too many emails, texts, calls. Dealer would not negotiate on price. Poor listening skills from the sales consultant. Even after clearly not making a deal and clearly explaining the reasons why the clueless sales consultant followed up with a phone message asking me how my experience was. Methinks this sales consultant needs to learn effective face to face and phone communication skills in a customer-oriented business. Not surprised though as many dealerships have a hard time “closing the deal” with well-educated well-researched consumers.

Chris was really great, very responsive, easy to talk to. Answered alll questions and was ready for my arrival. Great experience!!
