Appleton Genesis left me pretty disappointed overall. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent and at times lacking, which made it difficult to feel confident in moving forward. There were delays in responses and a general lack of clarity that you would expect to be much better from a dealership representing a luxury brand. When it came to pricing, there seemed to be very little willingness to negotiate. I understand market conditions can affect flexibility, but the approach felt rigid rather than collaborative, which made the experience less customer-focused than I had hoped. What stood out the most was the lack of follow-through from management. There were points where I expected someone to step in, provide clarity, or help move things along, but that didn’t happen. It ultimately gave the impression that customer concerns were not a priority. The experience did not meet my expectations in communication, responsiveness, and customer engagement. One can hope that improves.
