TradeUp did an excellent job of detailing the truck, all fluids were good and clean. The truck mechanical/electrical all functional. I’m very pleased with TradeUp and my purchase!

It was a fairly simple and relatively quick process.

I visited Big Frog Auto and looked at a vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. While I was looking at the vehicle, another customer came in. The sales associate was with them near closing time. I left my name and number with them for him to call me back. He never called me back and sold the car without doing so. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone.

These car lots don't get back with you they don't call they don't email and when they do they say the car is already sold

Car not as described. Brake lines rubbing the rims. Bare wires hanging all over the place. Just kept being told it runs

Dealership was AWESOME to deal with. Rob Robinson was professional, friendly and not pushy at all. Overall a great experience.
