The salesman was friendly and tried to be helpful. When dealing with the finance manager, he was rude and condescending. He tried to change the msrp hoping we wouldn't notice. These are the type of dishonest practices that give car dealerships a bad name.

Test drove this beautiful car with my son and of course he wanted to bring it home Previously owned by an employee of the dealership, we were able to discuss the vehicle in great detail. Shane Mcbay helped with making sure the approval and numbers were right us. Would definitely recommend.

Lie to you on the phone say if you do this do that you come up with a deal you do this you do that you get to the dealership with the understanding the deal’s already been made because this was an online thing. Their finance people wanna upsell you pushing the vehicles you don’t want don’t need I would stay away from them especially this one in Lake City haven’t dealt with the other Morgan stores, but I’m definitely not gonna shop at any of them because of this experience and I’m gonna tell family and friends on the Internet everywhere. I go stay away from them if you need a car there’s plenty of other Places that sell them. Stay away avoid like the red plague.
