Horrible service - would not recommend this dealership to anyone. $2500 added fees, and unexplainable fees on top of those - title, tags and notary fees do not cost the administrative fee of $464 "that is our standard fee" plus $800+ they could not explain but disappeared when i questioned them. Oh, and the best part - we agreed on a price, they refused to take a deposit "it's yours, you bought cars here before and we trust you" but assured me via text message and verabally that the car was mine, would be removed from the internet sales page, and they would call when it was ready. I saw it 2 days later stil online but at a higher price then agreed upon. I called and was passed around, and told a different story from every person I spoke with. Unethical and untruthful staff.

Steve in Used Cars confirms an appointment with me to come in and sign the paperwork at 2:00 pm on a Saturday for a used jeep. As I am driving and on the way from 45 miles away in Virginia, he texts me and informs me that someone else is purchasing the vehicle. Nevermind that Steve was not available on Friday (the day before) when I came in to test drive the vehicle and said "it would be best to wait for me since I know everything going on". Obviously something better came along and he failed to keep a commitment to me. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. I called to speak to a manager TWICE about this, and no one will call me back.

Worst experience ever trying to buy a car. If you are planning to buy a car from here just don’t waste your time. This is my experience contacting them: I contacted them online, everything good, loved the truck, run my credit report and got approved for the loan and after that they told me the truck needed a state inspection, ok fine. This was last week Aug 28, I’ve been bugging Philo Gentles for days and state inspection still going on. Can’t believe state inspection still in progress after 6 days, this is telling me that something is going on with this truck or they do not want to do their job. I’m just got tire of asking if truck is ready. So sad!
