The amount of time could have been streamlined. Spent two and half hours even though we did not require financing.

Price was $4000 more than advertised price. It is a Chevrolet dealer but they couldn't confirm the CARB state warranty of 10 years 150000. After about 15 minutes I walked away. The salesman didn't really want to sell a vehicle.

I cannot express enough, how utterly appalled I am by the experience at Novato Chevrolet from the moment I signed the contract they slipped in unwanted, add-ons things. I never agreed to which I discovered only the next day. When I tried to get them to refund these add-ons they not only refused. They threatened me saying that if I brought it up again, they wouldn’t refund anything. After a long exhausting fight I only managed to get them to refund about half yet. I’m still stuck with $1800 worth of useless add-ons. I never wanted now rolled into a loan I’ll be paying for years. One of their employees told me that if I financed with GM add-ons would have been included ,something they hid from third- party platforms like CARGURUS! which I trust highly however what this employee told me is immoral at best. if you value transparency, respect, and professionalism stay as far away from this dealership as possible especially sales management.

We purchase the truck for the asking price and had to return it the next day due to a failed torque converter that was immediately noted during freeway speeds. We returned the truck and they will be making the repair.

I was inquiring for a corvette. Initially they listed the price as $11k below MSRP in cargurus and in their website but later on when I reached out, they said they made a mistake and updated the price as MSRP. Make sure you confirm the price before spending too much back and forth.
