Great customer service all around!

I was emailing with a sales agent in Johnston regarding this Ford fusion and set up a time for me to come on Saturday at 9:30, November 2. I wasted an hour and a half getting there and going back home because when I got there the car Had been transported to Cape Cod Massachusetts. My last email was yesterday evening, and the person, sales agent, evidently didn’t tell anybody to make sure it stayed there because someone was coming today. If there was a zero star, I have given it a zero

They were very friendly and helpful though out the whole process. It was worth the drive to get the truck I wanted.

I asked for 1. The lowest price on the truck. 2. If had been in any accidents? They never answered my questions and wanted my number. That's the reason I never gave it to them in the first place!

I contacted this dealership regarding a vehicle listed here on CarGurus. After seeing it here I also looked at it on their own website. The price showed the MSRP, then below it it said "Dealer discount" with an amount next to it. Under that it stated "buy for" with the MSRP minus the dealer discount. If you click on the "dealer discount" it states "Dealer Discount applied to everyone". Any reasonable person wouid believe that the price after the discount is what you would pay. Not so fast though! After calling them to set up a time to see the vehicle and asking about the price I was told that the "Dealer Discount Applied to Everyone" only applies if you meet certain criteria. I asked why it states applied to everyone if it clearly does not? He had no answer except that he would not have worded it that way either and a lot of people complain about it. Bottom line is that they are deceptive. They even claimed that "everyone else does it" and that is false. Do not support this group!

Great group of people! Alex was great he offered to fix any dents and touch up the paint. Making the truck look so much better.

Spoke with someone who was very helpful however dealership is very far from me
