I think the price for the Tahoe was good. I appreciated the kindness of our salesperson, Phoenix. Trade offered was pretty low. The financial person was very knowledgeable and efficient too. Overall pretty good experience

They were really helpful and answered all my questions showed me the vehicle but it wasn’t what I wanted.

While my salesperson was excellent—friendly, professional, and very easy to work with—I was disappointed with a few aspects of the overall experience. The trade‑in value offered for my vehicle was lower than expected, and the purchase process took a significant amount of time, as I was at the dealership from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Additionally, although I was provided with two key fobs, only one worked once I got home. I replaced the battery as a troubleshooting step, but it became clear that the second fob was incorrect. Finally, when I received my newly detailed vehicle, it had only a quarter‑tank of gas. I was told this was standard practice, but given that this was a new purchase, I found that disappointing.
