Sent away for info on a car. Looking to get estimates on monthly payment and terms. Every other dealership was able to provide this but this dealership wouldn't. They wanted us to come in person. Im not driving over 90 mins not knowing even a round about number. Very bad communication

Told them I was in route for. Hour drive called while in the car. No mentioned of car in the process of being sold. Sales person I spoke with and had an appointment with wasn’t there once I arrived. Horrible service.

Double cab aren't being made at this time

Great commitment but once the transaction was completed I had a few questions that never were answered. I used their text communication to submit my concerns.

they keep sending me emails on my purchase of the vehicle that they sold to someone else after I had a purchase conformation number and email and they took a month to tell me that they sold it to someone else. I just got another email asking about my purchase again

Very nice dealership to deal with. They are not your typical car salesmen. The sales man was polite and no pressure to buy a car there. Great experience.

Dealership said vehicle was available. I drove an hour to see it only to find out it had been loaned out to a customer who damaged the hood with an ice scraper. Vehicle was awaiting repairs. Two employees said that dealership offers over blue book. My trade is in next to condition with less than 10,000 miles and I was offered $8000 under blue book.

Nice dealership. Salesman was very nice and helpful.
