I thought the trade in price on my truck was low..

People here seem lazy and don't have good communication. I was told my vehicle would get a full tank of gas then the manager changed that when I arrived to purchase. I was told a credit application would take 3 hours to come back and they don't accept appointments after 6 even though they are open until 7. Just a big lack of communication and misleading sales people.

Ended up buying a different Tacoma than the one I inquired about and the whole process was seamless. Great dealership to deal with!

Was interested in vehicle,asked for pictures was told the pictures will be sent tomorrow. Oh by the way the salesman was off the next day. No pictures then was told car was sold. Wow thanks for not handling my request by telling else. Hear Volunteer in servierville customer service is better
