A great experience -- so great the 2023 Suburban is now in our garage! We flew down and drove up to the dealer and the next day we were driving the vehicle back home. I would absolutely recommend All American Chevrolet of Killeen TX! Mark and his colleagues made the process go quick and smooth.

Started great with communications then fell apart when they asked for pics on trade, which I sent. Then they ghosted me no further explanation after the text stating they had received my photos and would get back to me. Haven’t heard anything in 4 days now. I’m done with them

Response was fast. Ben was helpful and courteous, he even helped me locate some RPO codes I was interested in for options on the vehicle. Test drive was good and a good distance to feel out the vehicle. There were a couple cosmetic issues that were in the pictures but not obvious. Took a lunch break to think it over, was not pressured to make a decision. Would have walked away if they had. Ended up purchasing the Yukon Xl Denali, and I’m happy with the vehicle and felt the price was competitive. They treated me well.

Sales person KWAMI WILBORN was helpful and made the transaction very smooth and they even replaced the windshield that needs replaced after I had already bought it. I would buy there again!
