While my salesperson was excellent—friendly, professional, and very easy to work with—I was disappointed with a few aspects of the overall experience. The trade‑in value offered for my vehicle was lower than expected, and the purchase process took a significant amount of time, as I was at the dealership from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Additionally, although I was provided with two key fobs, only one worked once I got home. I replaced the battery as a troubleshooting step, but it became clear that the second fob was incorrect. Finally, when I received my newly detailed vehicle, it had only a quarter‑tank of gas. I was told this was standard practice, but given that this was a new purchase, I found that disappointing.

The salesperson was the best salesperson we dealt with while looking at a used Cadillac XT4. He was head and shoulders above the 6 other salespersons we dealt with. He knew his product and listened to our concerns and questions,
