Wouldn't honor the price previously negotiated via email/text, saying their third party correspondence service should not have offered that price. It was THEIR service on THEIR official website though, so they really should have honored the price. Wasted 4 hours driving to this dealership. Felt scammed.

When inquiring about the vehicle from app. the sales manager was quick to respond & kept in touch while getting information that wasn't on the CG app. The environment was low pressure at the dealership. Salesman wasn't trying to push me to buy or to hurry up while I was inspecting the truck.
