I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Liberty Chevy. Not only did they make me wait for four weeks to get my car (After selling off the one i was driving), but they had the audacity to continue offering it for test drives during that time. The staff was incredibly rude and downright mean, showing a complete lack of respect for my time and patience. Save yourself the headache and frustration, and steer clear of Liberty Chevy. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later. As if the endless delays and disrespectful treatment weren't enough, the courtesy car they provided had an expired registration! (2022). Not only did they fail to deliver on their promises, but they also couldn't even bother to ensure the basic legality of the vehicle they lent me. BTW the courtesy car it was a 2015 Mazda VAN!!!! After declining the vehicle for a better looking one, all he said was "I hate ungrateful people" claiming the better looking ones are for people with "ISSUES" as though mine wasn't an issue. T

If I could give this dealership a negative rating I would. From top to bottom the worst dealership I’ve ever bought a truck from. Tried to pull a fast one selling a truck that has 45k miles on it with 1 mismatched tire agreed to replace it hoping I would just go away. The they have the incompetence to order the wrong tire. Huge dealership too cheap to just replace a set of tires. I’ve had back experiences buying cars before but this is by far the worst. That I will actively try to keep people from shopping here.

I was contacted promptly. The person calling was very friendly, but let me know that even though the vehicle was still up on CarGurus and on their own site, it had been sold a few days before.

Horrible. I drove 2 hours round trip to a scheduled viewing of the vehicle only to sit around for an hour due to Herb Connolly double booking a viewing of the vehicle. I left highly upset and the dealer showed no empathy for my frustration. I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle at Herb Connolly. Just totally disrespectful.
