They add crazy dealer fees literally extra 5k and didn’t want to take it off wasted my time!

My ratings might be a little harsh but after agreeing with the salesman and the finance guy on a price, that i was comfortable with, I was extremely disappointed on the day I went to purchase the vehicle the numbers had changed. I specifically asked the salesman if we were good and he assured me we were. I actually took time off from work to make the purchase.

This is one of the worse dealerships I have ever had to deal with first they would not go with the price that they have advertised on your website and on a couple of other websites versus their website because their website was just marked up higher, but the other websites were not then when I confronted him about it, they would not return my calls no matter what I did did not call back did not respond. Do not have nothing to say don’t care obviously I’m guessing so I just took my business elsewhere, but just for anybody to know, I would never ever use this dealership. They are out to scam people they’re scamming you left and right they’re trying to charge you more than the vehicle is even worth they’re doing a bait and switch. They will try to get you in the door and then take you from there so I would carry on somewhere else.

Tanner was great. Only dealership that didn’t try to add on a bunch of stuff to get back to the price on the dealership site. Truck was very nice and process was fast and simple

The weekend before that unfortunate conversation, my husband and I went to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. They wouldn’t allow us to do so unless we gave them our SS to run credit and agree on the numbers. This is a Camaro. Not a Lamborghini. I am not giving you my SS on a car I’ve never driven, let alone test driven. Classic Chevrolet in Euless didn’t even hesitate to pull their’s off the show room floor. I will not be back to Jerry’s and I highly recommend going and looking at their service reviews on google as well. This dealership needs new management.
