I call dealer. Spoke to the saleswoman. She said she was busy with a customer and would call me back. She never called me back. I actually drove to the lot two days later tolook at the SUV no one came out to talke with me so I left.

I had an appointment scheduled, arrived on time, and still waited nearly an hour before receiving assistance, while the salesperson seemed more focused on other sales than helping me. I was also told to call my insurance company and add the vehicle before leaving, which was unexpected, and I received no information about the vehicle’s Gold Certification. This has been the longest and most frustrating purchase process I’ve experienced, even when using certified checks. While I remain loyal to Toyota, this dealership fell short. The vehicle was sold as Gold Certified, yet I’ve noticed wind noise and what appears to be a warped windshield, raising concerns about the inspection. I would appreciate prompt contact to have these issues inspected and corrected to meet Toyota’s certified standards. Do not waste your money at this place.
