Great dealership. Excellent communication, great price and NO GAMES. I drove two hours to buy my Bronco here and would do it again.

Vince at Toyota Lost Pines was excellent from the time I inquired through the purchase. Everyone at the dealership was respectful and I was in and out in a reasonable time. They also picked me up from the airport so I could drive the new car to complete my purchase. All in all it was great service and an excellent experience.

Great experience bought the truck

Dealer unwilling to consider negotiation on asking pricw for slow- selling, high mileage, low demand car. He immediately held firm to the listed price which was "fair," I found his immediate response to be inflexible He closed text by invitating me to see the car-- dismissive considering I specifically stated my interest was dependent on some reduction in the asking price. His prerogative, sure to not budge on price but IMO was not justified in good faith for that vehicle.

Dealer text me with photos and I made an offer to buy the vehicle. He responded very rude and condescending. I asked for listed price as out the door price expecting some where in the middle and the response was this isn’t the car for you. Wish I could attach screenshots on here to show the truth not just my summary.

They did not allow me to get the car checked out by a mechanic. Not a trustworthy move. Also, I had a very difficult time getting through to talk to a person instead of the AI agent.
