Cannot be happier. Started the deal on Saturday and purchased on Monday morning. Swope, specifically Josh the salesman, was fantastic. Very attentive to my situation where I came into town long enough to buy the vehicle and had to drive 5hrs back to my job away from home. They didnt detail the vehicle but that is my fault since I didnt give them time to get it done (I had to be at work that evening.). The experience was overall very good.i would highly recommend going to see them for your used car needs.

Was very interested in a 2023 ram 1500 truck. I’ve had a little credit issues in the past. I had someone that was gonna co-sign for me. Went back to the car guru to the page and boom. They raised the price 2000.00 on me while trying to purchase the truck. This was while myself and the salesman were in talks. Not good at all. Salesman said he talked with management and they would honor the truck at the cheaper price. I said no thank you, now they have taken my negotiating power away. They would say they already dropped it 2000.00. Pretty shameful.

Not a good experience at all. Truck in pic is what I needed. Truck on lot was not. Also I filled out the application online and it gave me a manageable payment without a down payment. The lot wanted a large down payment and a higher monthly payment. Seemed to be false advertising to me is all. I’ll never go there for anything else.

Dealership lied, said they placed a used Honda hrv exl on hold. Drove an hour and a half to look at and buy the specific car that was placed on hold. Confirmed the morning of again that we would be by to see and purchase the vehicle. 30 minutes before we reached the dealership they texted that they sold the vehicle. Dealership refused to make the situation right. Would not give a deal on the car they had similar to the one that was placed on hold.
