This is a small, family owned dealership and we worked exclusively with the owners, John and Emily. They were so warm and friendly and we had a wonderful experience, inspite of a few hiccups in the financing (not their mistake), but they went overboard to see that we got the price we negotiated. We found the van to be exactly as it was described and it runs perfectly. I would definitely recommend John's Motors, Inc. if you're looking for a good used vehicle at a great price and if working with a dealer with integrity is important to you.

I must say I was a little nervous about purchasing a vehicle based on photos and the word of someone I've never met before.I was unable to find the truck I wanted in and around my area.When I seen this truck online I new that was the truck I wanted.Because of the distance I was not able to test drive it.Zach was very professional and communicated with me every day and I went from concerned to confident that I made the right decision.The truck was delivered to me this morning and it was everything Zach said it was and more.I am very happy of the outcome and I highly recommend if your getting ready to purchase a vehicle that it would be in your better interest to go and see Zach first before looking elsewhere

Very good communication, better than fair price. Their shipping company let us down in not picking up the vehicle within a week. But , Majestic offered to pay the shipper more , out of their own pocket, to expedite shipping the vehicle to us.

I reserved the car, and received an email thay Off Lease Orlando would contact me in 24 hours. They didn't. When they did contact me, that sales person said my financing was in order. He tried to up sell a paint protection that they had already added. I said that's not what the Car Gurus website said about up charges. He said he had to talk to his manager, and then ghosted me. I called him and left a message. 4 days latter I called their main line, the operator transferred me to my sales person, he answered, I could hear him speaking with someone else, and then he hung up. I called the main line again and asked for a sales person that was interested in actually selling a car. New sales person said my financing through Car Gurus didn't work for them and I need to submit new financing documents through them. I told her that's not what the website says and she said that's he we do business. I said too bad you won't make a sale.

Honestly knew nothing about the vehicle and they promised if I drove the 2.5 hours that they wouldn’t sell it because it’s happened to me in past and halfway there he sold it.
