I scheduled a appointment to look at a truck confirmed my appointment drive 5 hours one way get thare truck was damaged was not even through the shop told me I can look at the outside but not drive salesman honestly didn’t care about his job talked to the sales manager got to drive it needed a lot of work and thay was not going to fix Half of it wouldn’t move on the price told me sorry have a good day wasted 10 hours of my day would not refer this dealer the other location In cartersville ga is a very good dealer very nice person the one in Carrollton is not don’t waste ur time on that location

I was very pleased with my visit definitely worth the hour and a half drive communication was on point the car was ready and clean when I arrived customer service was superb and helped a lot with my thousand questions I would highly recommend cross automotive!

They replied promptly but I asked a couple of questions that they did not answer in their return email. But I’m not certain about a purchase so I didn’t pursue it any further as yet.
