The best service ever

I’m updating my previous review to reflect a serious issue that remains unresolved. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered a cracked cradle at the suspension mount—a major structural defect that directly affects the safety and integrity of the car. This was not disclosed to me or my girlfriend at the time of sale. I notified the dealership immediately and was told the issue would be reviewed and that I would receive a response the next day. Several days have now passed with no meaningful follow-up or effort to address the problem. The only communication I’ve received has been regarding their attempt to collect the remaining balance from the bank, which is still pending due to their own DMV paperwork. This lack of responsiveness to a serious safety concern is extremely disappointing. I have documentation supporting everything I’ve stated and expect transparency and accountability regarding an issue that should have been disclosed upfront.

I purchased my Mercedes. Kelly could not have been more helpful and understanding what I wanted. I would definitely buy another car from them. Excellent experience.

They were quick to respond to our inquiry about a car. The listing was accurate. The oil light came on while we were test driving and the gas was on empty. However we bought the car from them. They had the oil changed and gas put in the car while we were filling out the paperwork. They were very helpful. We love our used car. We highly recommend them to others that are in search of a car.
